January 16, 2022 - Pale peach in color. Skin contact. Floral nose. Taste of honey and lemon. Lovely and delicate.

July 11, 2020 - What a weird wonder wine. H17 - the H is for Harslevelu (the grape), the 17 for the harvest year. Grown in Somlo, Hungary, a soiled landscape at the base of an extinct volcano. This, I think is the only Hungarian wine from Meinklang - the rest from Austria.

Light, salty lean with the weirdest mix of flavors. High pitched lemons and thick cracked gravely black pepper and celery seed. Chalky, flinty, nervy. Two days of skin contact.
