February 10, 2022 - Great value play here. Very quintessential Oregon Pinot Noir with plenty of pie cherry, raspberry. a little plum, and a nice lacing of cinnamon spice, gingerbread cookie and even a nutty sort of almond note.
Nice medium body, great flavor intensity, integrated tannins and acid all leading to a creamy chocolate covered cherry finish.
It might not stand up to some of the powerhouse single vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noirs, but hey - it's $25. Delightful.
