    February 14, 2024 - Pale pink salmon in color with a fine & steady perlage. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, raspberries & cherries with overtones of floral & yeasty notes, minerals & citrus undertones. Medium-light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of strawberries, raspberries & pomegranate with some yeastiness, spices, chalky & minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present yet may develop further from another year or two of additional aging. Very good QPR for a Rose Champagne.

    December 31, 2023 - Rose with fine bubbles, notes of pinot noir, low alcohol and justa touch of sweetness on the finish. Went well with the various food: fish, salmon, deviled eggs with caviar, roast chicken, cornish game hen and more.

    July 14, 2023 - Excellent Rose Champagne.
    Light pink color in the glass with aromas of strawberries & raspberries.
    On the palate, abundant effervescence with flavor notes mirroring the wine’s aromas.
    A solid classic Rose Champagne.

    I don't drink a lot of champagne, so I do not have a well-developed evaluative framework.
    The wine was decent, but not spectacular to me.
    Part of this may be that I do not prefer Rosé.

    Will drink the others and update.
