October 29, 2021 - Deep yellow color, oxidized style, scents of apple core, melon and leaves, soft and rounded edges but maintains structure and length, nectar feel, flavors of peach, nectarine, honey, nuts and apple slices, style and grace, this distinctive white wine could pick up some nice complexity with aging, nice now and went well with fried chicken
