December 20, 2022 - Perfect cork, easily removed, but I smelled TCA immediately. I tasted it and the taint was not horrible, but there. So, I decided to see if I could fix it or improve the experience. Vigorous double decant and Vac-u-vin did not make much difference. I shook the bottle up and down with a clean stopper in place followed by Vac-u-vin and an hour rest each day before tasting for five days. Five days later, I can still smell the flaw, it is not as bad, but still there.
I can tell this is a quality blend of good fruit that can take a lot of abuse. A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. It should have a great ability to age. I have two more bottles in the cellar and will try another in a few years. I hope they are not all corked.

October 24, 2022 - Pnp. Very prominant fruit. Full bodied. Earthy and smokey. Out of balance. Hard to describe but It’s medicinal and just kind of off putting.

June 25, 2022 - Opened, poured and let sit about 1/2 hr. Then: Maybe some red fruit on the nose. Also red fruit on first taste; fairly full bodied, fairly smooth, although not quite in balance with some acidity and drying tannin on the aftertaste. After about 45 minutes from first taste, the red fruit is hardly there and the drying tannins have taken over. At this point not that pleasant to drink.
