Community Tasting Notes 2

October 2, 2021 - PNP very little pleasant wine. Fruity, balanced low to non existent acid or tannins in the mouth just as one might expect from a sun drenched wine producing area.
Easy to drink without using one’s grey cells.

September 21, 2021 - Perfect everyday wine. Initial burst of fruit suggesting over ripeness but then a gentle tannin cuts in from somewhere and balances the ‘whole’ thing out nicely. Well made. Generally wines of Puglia are not to my liking . That said this delivers in a simple mouth filling way to accompany well seasoned meets when simplicity is the order of the day rather than a “cerebal’ wine.
