May 21, 2023 - Smoke and earth/tar on nose. Cherry notes with
earth on initial taste. Needs a slight chill for the fruit to come out.

  • Epic Tale Likes this wine: 89 points

January 5, 2023 - (Day 2) - color: medium ruby; nose: red cherry, cranberry, thyme; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, bright red fruit taste, medium+ acidity, moderate alcohol, medium-length finish with notes of leather and slightly chalky tannins; overall: masculine, Old World personality, good balance, good with jamon, drinking nicely as of Winter 2023 and with enough stuffing for another 3-4 years.

March 17, 2022 - Agreed with other post … strong herb notes and some tart cranberry…

November 15, 2021 - Much lighter and brighter than we expected from Tempranillo clone. More like Pinot. Light color, fast legs. Nose has herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano) and min fruit (cranberry?). Bright, acidic taste. No tannins. Think Spanish Pinot
