November 10, 2021 - This continues to be so good. Dark, ripe fruit (prune); anise; hints of black pepper. Amazing value.
V adds: underneath that, there is an earthy greenness (but not in the pejorative sense of green). -

December 25, 2020 - This wine was shocklingly delicious - not that Barbera typically isn't, but the level of fruit was impressive while still remaining a great food wine. Would definitely re-buy.

November 21, 2020 - Wow. Like the Ferraris I Suôrí on steroids (and that wine is already great). Floral, jammy nose and *extraction* on the pallet! We drank our first bottle of this 7 months ago and were blown away.
