February 20, 2023 - Very nice. Crisp, straw-colored, citrusy and floral notes in the nose. Acid/fruit balance is very good. Similar taste to nose with extra fruit notes both stone and tropical. Seems in excellent shape and with some possible upside so prior oxidation of the other bottle must have been a cork flaw. Worth a rebuy. 88+

June 26, 2021 - Straw coloured. Lemon, pear and floral notes on the nose which is fresh. Citrus and stony on the palate with a lingering finish and a pleasant after taste of wheat beer. Lots of acidity adds to the freshness but there is also quite a bit of weight to the palate and a real sense of body. Drunk over two days, showing more character and complexity on the second. Will be interesting to see how this ages.

April 17, 2021 - Intense fresh herbal aromas with ripe melon.
Medium, very tart slow building acid.
