    June 15, 2023 - (Disgorged in January 2022, 50% Pinot Noir from Écueil and 50% Chardonnay from Chamery, dosage 4 gr/L, 900 bottles made)
    Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing baked bread, ginger and yellow apples and showing a hint of acacia honey in a nice and pleasant way. Green apples acidity with a lime zest bitterness and showing a ginger spiciness on the lengthy finish. Very nice and fresh, and should work best with food.

    October 6, 2022 - Deep Aroma, fine acid nicely offset by low dusty notes firm; Mouth: Clean and with a touch of earth low acid, but nicely firm yeasty and full;

  • True Viking Likes this wine: 90 points

    September 10, 2022 - Awesome champagne, sharp acidity , white fruit, summer herbs, white pepper, pear. Will be much better laying in cellar 8-15y if you can wait that long
