March 4, 2022 - Decent at this price point. Like a typical Loire Valley Chinon one would find at a restaurant in the Loire. Not spectacular, but pretty good.

January 11, 2022 - Medium to med-heavy mouth feel, which I didn’t quite expect. There is a bit of earthy barnyard here which was not enough to be off putting rather I thought it was interesting. Lovely acid cranberries.

March 16, 2021 - Two hour slow ox. Deep dark magenta color. Raspberry, cherry, buttered popcorn, cranberry juice, and sage on the nose. Smooth, dry, modestly tart palate, with great acidity. Firm, but soft tannins on the longish finish. This is very acid driven.
