  May 2, 2023 - Apricot, melon, pear, straw and lemon on the nose and palate. Long, smooth finish. Well balanced. Served with mushroom and spinach filled crepes.

  August 9, 2022 - Pop and pour. Served slightly chilled.
  Enjoyed with food (grilled lemon grass chicken, vegetable fried rice, and Thai beef salad, in case you were wondering).
  Light straw color.
  Nose does not offer much - some stone and citrus.
  Clean citrus fruit on the intro; perhaps a hint of honey - but only a hint. Has a stainless steel note.
  Not fully a complete wine. Has a bit of an astringent element to it.

  January 6, 2022 - Boring. I feel like this why doesn’t know what it wants to be. Maybe some citrus? Maybe some acidity? Maybe stonefruit? I just don’t know. Not a bad wine and maybe this would be good for pleasing all palates, but just not something I would seek out again

  November 22, 2021 - Somewhat disappointing compared to previous vintages. It seemed to lack the acidity of previous bottles. It was nice, but nothing special.
