Community Tasting Notes 1

September 26, 2020 - Nose shows mild notes of brown bread, struck match, and papaya. Palate is medium-bodied and slightly mealy, with strong acidity. Palate is dominated by secondary flavours of brown bread, cooked onion, and almond. There's also a mild melon flavour and a hint of salinity, and it finishes with a sharp burst of lime.
