April 11, 2020 - Vino ecológico. La mitad del vino se ha criado en barricas de roble francés de 500l. Ensamblaje de sauvignon blanc, muscat y verdil. Amarillo pálido. Nariz expresiva en la que domina una sauvignon blanc que mezcla algunos matices tropicales y toques vegetales (espárragos silvestres) y se ha domando muy bien la habitual exuberancia de la moscatel, que apenas asoma con algunos matices terpénicos. En boca tiene buen ataque, cierta untuosidad, aparecen algunas vainillas, no anda mal de frescura, buenos amargos y notable longitud.
