September 4, 2021 - Same notes as before, except this bottle was very good from the get go, no noticeable alcohol nose. I think the extra time In the cellar did it some good. Drinking great right now. Good finish too with a little spice on it. Great price as well. Not a Grenache for too much more aging, but very enjoyable now.

September 25, 2020 - Wonderful light red. Great with our fresh pesto pasta. Nice bright fruit up front followed by subtle spice on the finish.

September 20, 2020 - Drank this estate Grenache from El Dorado Co. over 2 nights, PNP. The first night we got a lot of alcohol on the nose right away. The berry flavors were muted. Pumped out the air and tried it again the second night. Much more enjoyable, it was really good. In the glass, this one is very light in color, almost like a Pinot. The strawberry and raspberry flavors really came through. Finish was about medium. Probably a little young for a Grenache, and I have another bottle that I'll try in about a year.
