December 13, 2020 - The nose is mainly vanilla and some fruit, while the palate emphasises fruity, citrus type of flavours, consisting of lime and tangerine, expressed as aromatic acidity. The vanilla is completed in the taste by a touch of caramel. This is a tasty Franciacorta, but it is lacking intensity and depth. Let me echo the previous TN here, to finish on a positive note, since it is quite nice: davvero una bottiglia interessante.
