January 28, 2023 - Not every wine can make it to 21 years old and still taste so fresh. Honestly, if you served this to me and told me it was a recent release I would probably believe you. I get very little tertiary notes on this wine. Kabinett levels of sweetness. Only bad part is that the acidity is only medium, so it feels unbalanced.

November 5, 2022 - Thai and Riesling Night: [Thai and Riesling Night - Nine Rieslings]
Floral notes, blossom and spearmint, lean stone fruit, white cherry, minerality and slight herbal/green notes on the mid palate. Honeyed sweetness on the attack, finishes with lean orchard fruit. Good acid and balance, limestone and spearmint on the finish. Showing its age well, 92-93 tonight. -

Wasn't very excited by it, but it is well-made, carries its age very well; and can't deny that this was a solid value.

September 17, 2022 - Decanted 15 minutes and let it warm up from fridge temp, Better than previous bottle. Nice orchard fruits and white flowers on the nose. Not really dry, this has just enough RS to please everyone. Nice minerality and citrus make counterpoints to acidity that has faded a tiny bit since last bottle. Medium finish with all the right components. Seems ready now - I would not hold additional bottles much longer.
