February 14, 2023 - This wine is in a great place - so glad we gave a few bottles time to develop. Palate is rich with layers of nuanced flavor and balanced by unobtrusive acidity. Finish smooth and lingering. Had enough substance to make for a perfect pairing with Dungeness crab. No rush to finish remaining bottles.

May 28, 2021 - By the glass taste at a Key West restaurant. Served much too cold, refrigerator temperature and was quite hard, mineral dominated and rather bitter on the finish. After 20+ Minutes it had warmed and was enjoyable though still more restrained than I expected. Light citrus and stone fruit with decent acidity and very modest length on the finish.

June 7, 2020 - Great now and potential to improve. Had this chilled slightly below cellar temp and that seemed about right - no flaws to hide by drinking cold. This presses all the buttons with balance, elegance and richness. Nose is a bit shy but the palate and finish are anything but. Worked well with baked rockfish. Score may be on the conservative side...
