  January 5, 2024 - Deep red colour with a touch of brown on the edge. Nose of cranberry - quite tight. Fresh taste of cranberry, cherry and a bit of sarsaparilla at the end. Enjoyable and still a touch primary. Nice wine.

  May 15, 2023 - Medium bodied, floral nose with good balance between fruit and acidity. Not very fruot forward either. Easy to drink with good complexity and on mid-palate you get plump, and the depth of dark chocolate and a subtle liqorice ending. A people pleaser and best to drink it by itself with a piece of dark chocolate or candied figs.

  May 7, 2023 - Really liked this but wasn't giving it full attention as it was with friends casually. Nice with a traditional trip tip dinner. This had some earth and savory to it as well as pure, dark Zin fruit. Nice.

  April 23, 2023 - I opened the bottle three days ago to have as a nightcap. Today I had it with a New York steak and grilled chicken pasta. The wine tasted balanced the alcohol seemed tamed. At 14.3%: Oak, raspberry, layered fruit.
