Community Tasting Notes 3

February 2, 2022 - One of my favorite KWC pinots to date. Medium bodied, red fruits, delicate tannins.

  • LMArcher Likes this wine:

March 25, 2021 - Deep plum robe with rose rim.
Dark fruit, spice, savory (white pepper, rose
    hip )nose.
Surprisingly Light bodied; acids/tannins balanced, but a bit more skewed towards tannins.
Layered notes of dark cherry, blackbery, rasberry, cassis on the palate fade into a lengthy finish. Master class in a glass.

December 27, 2020 - From glass. Ashy, damp cigar nose. Fresh and full palate of tart and crunchy cranberry, subtle vegetal and spicy undertones. Ambient dryness right now, but also bright acidity. Full and attractive. Pure, simple (again, for now). Certainly room for optimism about aging potential.
