March 11, 2021 - Might be best Hess Syrah I've had. Purple in color, tastes purple too. Violets and dark fruits, plus some meat and a tinge of cassis, and definitely acidity there but not overwhelming. Nicely structured, feels plush. Paired nicely too with chicken parm.
