December 4, 2021 - Decanted with 250 ml Erlenmeyer.
Appearance- medium pale ruby, medium+ viscosity
On the nose- oak, sulfury/barnyard, ripe cherries, bread and butter.
Palate- Butter, bread like biting into a croissant. Cherries and plums are forward, plus some orange. Perhaps meat as well. Medium+ body, medium+ acid and medium- alcohol.
Finish- flavor persists well. No long term bitters.
Very good wine. This is quality for any kind of drinking. Tertiary flavors are not too complex, though. -
