  July 2, 2014 - Pale to light yellow in color. Forward, attractive and aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of citrus overtones of lemons/limes, apples, pears with floral notes of honeysuckle, flinty, minerals, wet stones, hints of butterscotch/caramel/toffee and a touch of vanilla. Medium-full bodied with well integrated, balanced, smooth textured and complex citrus fruits flavors of lemons/limes & ruby red grapefruit, spices, minerals/stony, a touch of butterscotch and some toasty oak. Long lingering and crisp finish. At its peak although it should be able to maintain its plateau for a bit longer even though any further development may be minimal.

  March 5, 2012 - With sole and brussels sprouts. Color dark gold ( a bit early??), good nose, and decent on the palate. Very california butter taste but again pretty good. This was probably at the top 2 years ago. But still good. Ageing too fast??
