    Screw cap. Well chilled.

Thrilling wine, the grape still minor plantings in NZ. They need to plant more, and copy whatever Villa Maria's doing in Gisborne. Great QPR/VFM. Can't wait for the 2019.

N....apples/apple skin, quince, ripe lime, some summer herbs, honey, peach. Fresh and exciting.

    C....yellow green, solid Med body

T.....first impression is the thrilling zinging acidity, swirling around a very good fruit profile. Good intensity. Some limestone mineral earthies, good length and impressive finish. Apples, tart nectarine, tart pineapple, greengages. Ground almonds.

VFM?....feels worth £15.00 min. Buying more and on the look out for the '19.

January 24, 2020 - brief note, tiny pour

    90 on potential

A juicy easy drinking white wine with some personality and class, a very good Quaffer, fresh acid balance to very good 2018 fruit. I would drink up now while it's young and fresh.

Rec RP £15.00.....very good value for money
