  February 21, 2022 - contains alcohol. Tasted like wine? For the price I paid, no complaints here. Just weekday, "I need cold alcohol after my kiddo falls asleep" kind of wine.

  February 15, 2021 - A really wonderful new world Gewrtzt. Great florals with perfect acidity. Starts with a little lemon and lychee giving way to a handful of wildflowers on a perfect spring day. The kind you'd find on that grassy hill you used to roll down when you were a kid. Finishes strong without the sometimes overly bitter aftertaste I seem to find in new world Gewrtzt. Should improve some over time, but it's pretty darn tasty right now.

  November 6, 2020 - Straw yellow, tart nose with a hint of sweetness. Tart green apples with a bit of rs to temper the acid, still fairly dry with some vita-C tartness on night two.

  Light, clean, long and very precise. Nice edge to it. Drinks like a dream. In short, exactly what you'd expect from a Paetra Gewürztraminer. Bravo Bill!

  Opened for a lawn party (I didn't drink any). Held in fridge a few days with Repour. Drank the rest, it was very good indeed, maybe just a tad more evolved than the previous bottle.
