November 23, 2021 - More austere KB Pinot. While there is clearly round strawberry fruit, it’s a bit more closed even after a two hour decant. Style is almost Burgundian in style with clear notes of earth/ forest floor on the finish. While not the typical KB style, this wine is well made and good for what it is.

January 30, 2021 - Medium red, clear. Lighter body. Raspberry, some bird’s-eye pepper, a bit of spice and touch of chocolate on finish. Tannins mostly integrated.
