  November 9, 2022 - Quite dark red color with some cloudiness. Initially, very redolent nose of nice fruit. The palate seemed to exhibit some VA. Eric wrote cinnamon red hots, which seems right on. However, 24 hours of air made this wine much more enjoyable. This likely needs more time, given the relatively high acid profile.

  October 12, 2022 - Mmm, lifted, bright, floral nose. The palate is spicy and sleek, "cinnamon red hots" to steal a descriptor from Justin. This does have a very high acid profile and is lean, racy, not an easy wine, and really wants food. Now for me, everything I just wrote is a positive. This is tasty stuff! I will say that when I revisited this there was a bit of a odd lactic note, not off-putting but hard to place.

  March 23, 2022 - Structured, dense, minty. Firm and tense, almost chewy, with floral, sour cherry, and earthy components on a nervy acid spine. This packs a punch and really has quite a lot going on. Bright future ahead . Gorgeous.
