February 7, 2020 - drunk over 3 days, and still drinking well on day 3, this is a positive and clearly a sign that the producer is working with respect towards nature and consumer, both in the vineyard and the cellar. Lots of terroir, a good fruit, that tends to leave space to scents of wood with days going by, but in all means a positive impression, something to leave in the back of the cellar, time will reward you, but very approachable now.
