March 2, 2020 - Excellent QPR if you can find for $30! Smooth, mellow, spicy and toasty Rioja blend — a beauty! Warm baking spices on the nose, complemented by subtle red fruit. Medium body on the palette, with a dusty earthiness, strawberry/cherry/plum notes, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa, toasted oak. Softly refined yet structured tannins balanced with medium acidity and a warm, satisfying finish!
