March 30, 2022 - Great now. Smell of mushroom, forest floor. Color showing brick edges. Tannins still present, but wine is getting ready to go. Had it with lamb filet and coarse polenta.

October 30, 2020 - Had it after a 3 hour decant. Super smell, on the palate the tannins and acidity still dominate. Had it with Brasato al Barolo and polenta. Will wait at least a year till opening next bottle.
