February 1, 2020 - Pale ruby color. Nose is a little funky/oxidized at first then giving way to raspberry. On tasting, smooth entry, a small kick of acid on the tongue, and then floral/cherry flavors on the finish. Drinking fine now; I don’t see this changing much.
