August 21, 2020 - Tasted during Caviste, UK, Zoom tasting of Waterkloof wines. This is made with grapes from the Swartland region. Light gold colour. Tropical nose, pineapples, butterscotch. It's rich and quite full with a nice balance of acidity. More pineapple, lemon and grassy on the palate. I'd say it's off dry overall. I liked it.
