August 24, 2022 - Fabulous Barbaresco with immense structure, finesse, and a sip sip wine. Ever inviting and pleasant to drink!

April 27, 2022 - SLDS April 2022: Pretty florals, chocolate and tar. Shines on the palate, plenty of bright fruit, clean acid and drive but still plenty of structure to keep it focused. Excellent tonight.

February 20, 2022 - I am partial to Italian wines, especially when you are having Italian food. The acidity of these wines, in a good sense, cuts through all that fat in the salami, prosciutto, cheeses and sauces. Love it. Red fruit dominated, medium tannic structure, fresh acidity that starts to help the saliva flowing... great with pasta (red sauce), pizzas or just with cold cuts and cheeses.

October 29, 2021 - Young but still ready to drink and a pleasure with white truffles. Can decant but straight from the bottle was still good to drink. Restrained acidity, medium body and a decent 10-15 second finish that is not too drying.

September 12, 2021 - Beautiful aromatic wine, structured with fine black fruits meshed with ripe tannins and absolute restrained acidity. Young but decant for an hour or more it will drink nicely or keep for another 5-8 years for the fruits and tannins to integrate.
