January 3, 2009 - Calm and rounded wine. Medium body. Excellent sweetness/acidity balance. Medium strong aroma of fully mature Sauternes. Best drinking alone or with mild cheeses. Not a gorgeous roses this time. Beauty of first snowdrops is better suited here as comparison.
