Community Tasting Notes 2

August 8, 2011 - Los Olivos Tasting: Nice chance to taste this. 300 cases. Very nice cherry fruit, cola and earthy tones I love in pinot. Agree with other note on the very nice nose.

July 7, 2011 - nose - cola, root beer, dirt, raspberry, blackberry, licorice. Amazing nose. wow!
mouth - a big styled pinot with some darker fruit flavors (blackberry), cassis liquer, with hints of cola intermixed. Very ripe, in fact, too much so for my palate, but it really shined with the mongolian beef.
