Typical taste with nuttiness, red apples, lemon, but reductive/brett notes lowers the note on this one. -

May 30, 2022 - Pale golden. Earthy, and perhaps a bit oily, with suggestions of stone fruit pit. Savory yellow fruit. This “Melon a Queue Rouge” is made in a fresh/topped up style, and has lovely mineral / “something else going on” Jura character. Very enjoyable over three nights.
