  March 15, 2022 - Completely different wine than the other bottle, pale straw color, tight apple and pear, with loads of acid, like a well coiled young savennieres. the oxygen is ecivent only as texture but doesnt mar the aromatics at all. acacia, jasmine and rose give depth, but theres also a savory resinous herb here as well. utterly fascinating and a powerful balanced wine as well

  August 27, 2021 - Tasted over 2 hrs
  -translucent light gold
  -subtle
  -med+ acidity converges with sappy stony saline mineral tart green apple citrus to create mind-blowing intensity juxtaposed with an almost soft texture, med- weight, a residue of dry extract is left behind after the long finish fades
  -Wow! this is crazy good, its energy is off the charts
