February 5, 2022 - Bigger style and certainly manipulated, but just this side of balanced, thankfully. Light golden color. Aromas of butterscotch, lemon, lime, hazelnuts, and wet rocks. Medium (+) body, acid, and finish, with flavors of lemon curd, butterscotch, lime, pear, yellow and green apple, oak, and minerals. Yeah, so borderline overdone, but just kept in balance. Prefer a little less makeup though.
