December 18, 2020 - Medium golden, viscous Chardonnay @ 14.5% abv. Aromas of stone fruit, quince and herb note. Dry, medium(+) acidity, high alcohol, and full body. Lemon, peach, nectarine, butterscotch/butter and slight pepper on the palate. Medium length finish. Definitely robust enough to accompany asian food, fish dishes.
