  May 22, 2008 - Light honey golden color with a steady white mousse that holds on for about a minute (if you can let your glass sit that long after pouring). Small frizzante bubbles. Minerally peachy nose suggests something drier than it really is. Light sweetness on the tongue along with the foxy appley Muscat taste. Would make a nice light Bellini. Very good example of the style. Just like the last bottle. Will have to find another.

  January 27, 2008 - Peaches, apricots and flower tones. Very "summer-like", reminded me of sweet apple cider. Explosive amount of bubbles and much sweeter than a sparkling wine. Too sweet for me but nice for a desset wine. Settled after a day
