  August 4, 2023 - Still very primary. Dense and fat nose of lemon, steel, with a small amount of stone fruit in the background. Extremely powerful on the palate, with a need for aeration to fully reveal itself. Full body with a strong mineral backbone and lengthy finish. Beautiful.

  May 15, 2023 - PNP. Knockout nose showing flint, lemon, toast and spice. Youngish palate, very deep and tactile with a core of lemony fruit delivered in a mineral laden chalky texture. Great showing and given the premox history of Boillot I’m inclined to drink the rest of my stash sooner rather than later.

  March 15, 2023 - PNP. Started out very tropical but with air firmed up nicely. Spicy lemon, flint and vanilla on the nose. Deep, rich and viscous palate, lemon infused with a lively texture and a long creamy finish. Excellent. Recommend decanting for 1-2 hours.
