January 3, 2023 - Purple-ish Ruby. Full of fruit flavors of sweet yellow cherry. Medium body, right amount of acidity with smooth and elegant tannin.
I am impressed that this wine drinks so well at such an early stage. A great treat.

September 19, 2022 - Deep garnet. High acidity. Nose - rose petals, earthy. Needs more time in the bottle.

January 19, 2022 - (Importer: North Berkeley Wine Imports)

"Clos des 60 Ouvrées" is an inner lieu-dit of Caillerets. Marl and limestone. Half the vines are 70 years old. Aged in French barrique (30% new) for 15 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
    __________

Color: Med-dark to dark ruby. (Impressive).

Nose: Classic burgundian nose of sweet, dark red cherry liqueur, oak spice, and wet stone. Very pure and lovely nose.

Pal: Med-full body, excellent concentration. Rich sweet concentrated mid palette. Juicy acidity. Slight spritz on the finish at first (unfiltered). Ripe, soft tannins. Pinpont balance.

Really lovely wine. Beautiful, pure 1er Cru red Burgundy!

    Solid: 92-93.
    This dinks great right now.
And will age beautifully through 2028/30 (in a cool proper cellar).

January 29, 2021 - Medium red with ruby edge. Reticent nose of red berries. Palate shows lots of material in the red fruit spectrum acid is prominent and there is enough tannin to coat your mouth. Pretty but really tight. Next day shows spice, lightness in the mouth, and great elegance and length. The 25% new oak shows as the wine warms.
