February 8, 2020 - Another extraordinary Sylvaner from Albert, mid yellow, bright; grassy, gooseberry, no cat's pee, quite complex and floral; medium, long, persistent, complex for Sylvaner, not as concentrated or sweet as his Diablos, more a VT than SGN, and losing its sugars so presenting quite dry, probably a point, perfect on night but did not hold up particularly well on third and fourth night. VF (18.5).
