March 1, 2022 - Does not have the richness, not the smooth, creamy mouthfeel of a Condrieu for instance, which is my gold standard for Viognier. Also, has a lot of sediment requiring decantation.

January 30, 2022 - Nose of honeysuckle, nectarine, melon, lemon peel and hazelnut. Palate echoes the nose. Rich and creamy with a very long finish. Well balanced. Served with steamed snow crab legs and garlic butter.

January 26, 2022 - Best on day 2 and with just a slight chill (not too cold). Beautiful cornucopia of fruit nectars—peach, apricot, orange, tropical fruits. Almost has a texture to it. Nice acidity. Really enjoyed.

December 18, 2021 - Popped and poured. Was in the refrigerator. At first a little too cold to show its true glory but got better in 15 minutes. Exotic nose. The wine is medium bodied with good balance. Peaches, tropical fruits, mint come through on the palate with a nice acidic backbone. Drinks well now. I wouldn’t let it age too long.

July 11, 2021 - Honeysuckle, white peach, melon, lemon peel, coconut, hazelnut and wet stone aromas and flavors. Lingering finish with good depth. Well balanced. A very pretty wine. Served with crab cakes and remoulade.
