Nose: lemon zest, minerals, a hint of anise, a very interesting butter biscuit or toffee line that lays back
Palate: medium-high acidity, lemon and flint, definitely again a hint of toffee. Salty. Yellow rose poking through
Finish: medium
Wow, the acidity and balance are admirable and minerals and citrus very pleasant; i get some dairy and toasted notes but in a rare turn of events I'm endeared and not turned away by them. Wonderful bottle. Had 1 hour of air, and we had to wait to room temp in a cold room to really see this shine. I am guessing 1-2 more years in cellar before really entering drinking window but I liked it now, what can I do
