October 27, 2021 - Dark red colour, on the blue side, some transparency.
On the nose pure and refreshing like spring water or the high air on a cold and clear day in the autumn. Plum and dark fruits.
On the palate the same refreshing quality, marked acidity, understated fruit, nice tannins. There is promise in the wine, though it is young and simple.

After 2 days the wine has lost many of its more charming qualities, being mostly uninteresting.

February 24, 2021 - This used to be a blend but is now all Syrah.

Medium nose shows wet rock, white pepper, cranberry, black plum, game, blackberry. Palate is structure driven, underripe black fruits, spice layer, rocky feel, drinking like a fresh Cote Rotie, but needs time right now.

September 1, 2020 - Syrah grapes from a work in progress vineyard. Lacking in body and structure.
