September 3, 2021 - Medium ruby in glass. Black cherry, toast and violets. High tannin and medium + acidity. Nice classy finish.

May 28, 2021 - Opened in the bottle all day. Texturally dense with an almost cough syrup quality. Dusty cherry, leather, cedar, rosemary, damp soil, and mineral. Took a few hours to open up but wow does patience pay off. Surprised me how much I liked this based on my first closed off sip.
