February 10, 2018 - It's OK and with hindsight I should have drank a couple years ago but it was last bottle of three. It's lost some life. Can tell it's Barolo but no complexity, power or secondary flavor dominance.

October 14, 2016 - Medium red ruby. Took to restaurant, by mistake got turned upside down in the car. Put through aerator and the decanted tableside at a restaurant for one hour. Wonderful aromatics. Cherries, floral and some earthiness. Pallet was similar to the nose. Tannins soft and silky. Very good balance. Drank well alone and went well with light Italian affair. In a good place now. Enjoy.

August 3, 2013 - Developed nicely over the evening, but not quite the experience I had expected. Colour: brick, brownish turning, slightly acidic at first, but after an hour it settled into some prune/soft cherry notes. Not very long in the mouth or intense, and nothing extra after another hour. Good, but not great.

March 10, 2012 - Bricking medium dark red violet color with pale meniscus; appealing, tart cranberry, floral, tart red berry nose; a little tight, tart red berry, tart cranberry, sandalwood palate; needs 5 years; medium-plus finish
