August 20, 2020 - This textbook chardonnay nose has vanilla-scented aromas of honeysuckle, peach, caramel apple and baking spice. Pushing full bodied weight, it balances good acid with a touch of saturated viscosity to present a creamy mouthfeel. Flavors include vanilla bean, banana peel, donut peach, cardamom and lime zest, finishing with a tingling minerality sensation. I get the feeling this well-made wine has more to reveal if cellared for at least two to three years.
