February 13, 2019 - wow, this has improved so much over the past couple of years. Now fully mature, this is a golden yellow colour (initially raising fears of pre-mox) with a gloriously rounded, fully mature palate. Honey, nuts, river pebbles, a faint hint of butterscotch and beautiful stone fruits, this is absolutely at peak drinking. Super wine.

November 27, 2017 - excellent, packed full of white orchard fruits, hint of honey and white flowers. River pebbles and tons of minerals keep the focus laser sharp.
developing beautifully, this is in no danger of falling over for at least another decade. Beautiful wine.

October 19, 2015 - Pale yellow, flinty nose of white flowers and citrus, clean mouthfeel with good acidity. Fine, but nothing to call dad about.

September 11, 2014 - Bursting with stony minerality. Crushed, smashed together stones. Matchbox and flint. But there is also a slight oxidized maturity, ripe red apples, corn, hay, spices, vanilla, butterscotch and honey. Brilliant and complex nose!
Palate is equally impressive. Good, high acidity with just a hint of tartness. Light bitterness and really good intensity and length. Tasty stuff!

August 29, 2012 - Medium lemon, with a pungent nose of lemon and light sweet crude. Slightly off-dry on the attack. Rich and intense, with bracing acidity and a long length. The oak spice is subtle. Still very primary, this should continue to evolve nicely. Very good indeed.
